Booking Terms and Conditions

1. General

By booking an Experience with Alice Hardman, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

These terms may be updated periodically; please review them before making a booking.

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made through our website or contact form.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your Experience.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the Experience will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the Experience will not be refunded.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours before the original Experience.

4. Attendance

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your Experience to ensure it starts on time.

Late arrivals may result in reduced Experience time or forfeiture without a refund.

5. Health and Safety

Participants must follow all health and safety guidelines provided during the Experience.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately or posing a risk to others.

6. Liability

Alice Hardman is not responsible for any personal injury or loss of property during the Experience.

Participants are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their belongings.

No compensation, refunds, exchanges, or other benefits will be provided for accidental damage that occurs to participant product(s) during the processing, firing, packaging, or shipping of said product(s).

7. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be used within the specified validity period.

Vouchers can be used towards any Experience offered by Alice Hardman.

8. Personal Data

Your personal information will be used solely for booking purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

9. Changes to Experiences

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule Experiences due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
