Returns Policy
At Alice Hardman, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns policy to make the process as easy as possible.
Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were received.
Certain items, such as personalised or custom-made products, are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged.
How to Return an Item
Initiate a Return: Please contact our customer service team at hello@alicehardman.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Please include "Return item" in the subject line of your email. We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions on how to proceed.
Pack Your Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging. Include all original tags, accessories, and documentation. Make sure the item is secure to avoid damage during transit.
Shipping Your Return: Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refunds and Processing
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs. If you wish to exchange the item, you will need to cover the cost of return postage.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please follow the return procedure and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures that you receive the replacement item as quickly as possible. Please note that you will need to cover the cost of return postage for exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@alicehardman.co.uk. Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue, along with photos if possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
